Welcome to the Omega Pets online store. This website is operated by Omega Pets Sdn. Bhd. (collectively, “Omega Pets”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse this website, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1. General
We may update, move or remove website content and revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Products and product information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, packaging updates or manufacturing variations. Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise.
Please read each product label, ingredient list, usage direction and warning before use. Product information on this website is for general guidance and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if your pet experiences an unexpected reaction.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject an order, including where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will cancel the affected item and arrange a refund using the original payment method.
5. Prices, payment and promotions
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, taxes or other applicable charges will be shown before checkout. We may correct pricing or promotional errors and may cancel an affected order before dispatch. If payment has already been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the payment providers offered at checkout. Their terms may also apply. Promotional codes are subject to their stated validity period, eligibility requirements and exclusions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for checking your parcel promptly after delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges and damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
8. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents—including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos, icons, product packaging artwork, logos, layout and design—are owned by, controlled by or licensed to Omega Pets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
